Anneyong Haseyo!
If you're nearing the end of a contract in Korea, you probably already
know that TEFL certification will pay for itself in a few months. By the
end of a one year contract in Korea, a certificate from our course can
have made you, on average, an extra two thousand USD*. If you're looking
for a TEFL job outside of Korea, it probably hasn't escaped your notice
that many programs require TEFL certification. The bottom line is that
if you're planning on being a teacher, a certificate will usually up
your pay or at least look good on your resume.
If you're thinking about spending some time in Southeast Asia after a
contract in South Korea, why not make it a rewarding experience in
several different ways? Cultural Extremes offers two month volunteer
placements with fully accredited TEFL certification. We have several
projects throughout Southeast Asia, check our project pages for details!
*Pay rate calculated at an average pay increase of 300 USD per month.
300 USD x 12 months = 3600 USD – 1000 USD for course fee.
